Help with a poster or your account

Include your username, the design you were using, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the editor settles most questions in one round trip. If a download failed, the approximate time it happened lets us find it in the logs.

Billing, refunds and cancellations

Email from the address on the account and include the date and amount. Read the refund policy first — it lists what we refund without argument.

Privacy and your data

You can export or delete everything yourself from Account settings without contacting anyone. For anything else — correction, objection, a question about how something is handled — use the same address and say “privacy” in the subject. See the privacy policy.

Rights holders and takedowns

PosterMu builds posters from artwork and data fetched live from public APIs. It doesn't host a media library of its own, and posters are licensed to customers for personal, non-commercial use only.

If you own rights in something surfaced here and want it removed, email the same address with “rights holder” in the subject, identifying the work, where it appears, and your authority to act. We act on complete requests promptly and will tell you what we did.

Security reports

Found a vulnerability? Please report it privately to the address above rather than publishing it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Good-faith reports are welcome and we won't come after you for making one — please don't access other people's data, degrade the service, or run automated scans against the live site while testing.
